GM to Build Next Opel Astra in the UK Instead of Germany, Bochum Plant Faces Closure
Bad news for Opel's Bochum plant in Germany as General Motors has decided to allocate production of the next Astra, which is the brand's second bestselling model after the Corsa, to its manufacturing plants in Ellesmere Port, UK and Gliwice, Poland. GM said that it made the decision after the Ellesmere Port Vauxhall workforce approved a new labor agreement on Wednesday, which comes into force in 2013 and runs through the life of the next-generation Astra, into the early 2020s. Volkswagen surprised its fans at this week's W?rthersee festival in Austria with the presentation of the new Polo R WRC Street concept car. What makes this study special - aside from the fact that it promises to be faster than the Golf GTI, is that the German company confirmed that it previews a production model due for launch in late 2013. This Toyota Land Cruiser Feels Like a Train on Rails
Like any other country in the world, Russia has its fair share of traffic jams with motorists always trying to find a shortcut to avoid wasting hours on end waiting in line. If you happen to read about a train accident in Russia, you will know whom to blame... Read more " Copyright © Carscoop.blogspot.com - All Rights Reserved

Must Watch: Chuck Norris Approved Motorcycle Save
If we did not know better, we would say motorcycle rider Genki Hagata must have been wearing a blue t-shirt with a shielded S under his protective leather suite during the third round of the AMA event at the Infineon Raceway earlier this month. At the qualifying session of the Supersport class, Hagata was moving his body from side to side when suddenly the bike starts to wobble badly and flings him up in the air. Honestly, you will not believe what happened next and how Hagata managed to save the ride. Read more " Copyright © Carscoop.blogspot.com - All Rights Reserved
