U Spot: Nissan GT-R Station Wagon in Portugal
An estate model isn't something most people would normally notice, unless it rides on huge wheels, sitting very low to the ground and features the front of a Nissan GT-R R35; that's a combo bound to draw the attention of any petrolhead... One such model rightfully caught the eye of Carscoop reader Daniel Esteves, who snapped a couple of shots and sent them over our way. Semi-Trailer Slides off a Cliff taking a Tow Truck with it in Norway, Driver Jumps Out at the Last Second!
A snow covered mountain road is an extremely dangerous place to be for any type of vehicle, let alone for a tow truck hauling a broken down rig with a fully loaded trailer... Understandably, in this scenario the dangers are multiplied. The accident you're about to watch in the video after the jump, took place in Norway this past Sunday. A passenger in a following vehicle captured the incident on film when the tow truck driver pulled a little too much to the right and as a result, the front end of the semi-trailer slid to the side of the road and tipped over the cliff taking with it the tow truck, but not before its driver quickly jumped out. MINI Opens a Peep Show on Hollywood Blvd for its New Roadster Model
After its successful peep show commercial, MINI is taking its cheeky campaign for the new Roadster to the next level by opening a... real life peep show shop on Hollywood Blvd, just a block away from the Kodak and Chinese Theatres. For the next 25 days, passers-by will be prompted to take a 'peep' at the new Roadster model by pressing one of the buttons on the display. This will trigger the show that starts with the window blind rolling back to unveil a real-life Roadster slowly rotating on a turntable. And just like the other... peep shows, MINI's shop creates a naughty atmosphere with the use of colored neon lighting, a disco ball rotating above the car, music and smoke. Read more " Copyright ©

Chris Harris Drives 2013 Mercedes SL and its Forebears
Mercedes-Benz is proud about its sixth-generation SL, and it has every reason to be, as it has created a technological tour-de-force in the premium roadster segment. It hasn"t taken its time in rolling out hotter versions, either: if you thought the SL63AMG with 530hp or 557hp if you opt for the performance package, would suffice, you should reconsider. Ford to Charge 295 for Auto Start-Stop System on 2013 Fusion, Says Improves Fuel Economy by 3.5
We believe that auto start-stop systems are one of those features that should be standard across the range of any model these days, as switching off the engine when stuck in traffic has proven to be an effective and fairly inexpensive way to improve the fuel economy of any type of car. However, instead of making it standard on its new 2013 Fusion sedan, Ford decided to offer Auto Start-Stop system as an option when the car launches in the States this fall. On the other hand, Ford has priced the fuel-saving technology at a reasonable $295. Read more " Copyright © Carscoop.blogspot.com - All Rights Reserved

You can watch, and more importantly, hear the wonderful sounds of Ferrari's 730hp-strong V12 in the video that follows after the jump. Read more " Copyright ©
